Welcome to AGIMATE. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. AGIMATE reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Pricing & Payment
• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
• Prices and availability may change without notice.
• Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched. 
• AGIMATE reserves the right to update prices at any time.

Shipping & Delivery
• Standard delivery within Australia is via Australia Post trackable service. 
• Free pick-up is available from the AGIMATE Factory in Geelong by arrangement.
• International orders are welcome. We ship worldwide.

Returns & Exchanges
• You may return new and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus the original freight charge. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless required by law.
• If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact sales@agimate.com.au within 7 days of delivery with photos and details so we can resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property
• All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics and product designs are the property of AGIMATE and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGIMATE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Trade & Stockist Orders
• Trade and stockist partners are subject to additional terms, which will be outlined during the application or order process.
